The Elfiq LB-2500E Link Balancer is designed to meet and exceed the needs for proactive and affordable bandwidth management of organizations which need maximum uptime and performance while proposing a financially-sensible solution. With Elfiq’s exclusive Layer-2 design for inline transparent installation and utilization, organizations can manage and load balance sixty four ISP or private links with a total throughput of 980Mbps to ensure maximum uptime and added the performance of many ISP links without redesigning their network and by utilizing Elfiq’s unique virtualization technology for next-level bandwidth aggregation.

The LB-2500E enables the use of any ISP link including low-cost links, Quality of Service (QoS), traffic segmentation, SIP awareness, inbound traffic management and advanced balancing algorithms are included in the LB-2500E Link Balancer to provide optimized bandwidth based on organizational requirements and policies. With its four gigabit ports, the LB-2500E can accommodate bandwidth-demanding projects.

The LB-2500E is designed to deliver maximum uptime for the organization with the use of Elfiq’s LAN Failsafe technology and the ability to use LB-2500E’s in high availability mode for demanding environments.

The LB-2500E enables the use of Elfiq’s bandwidth virtualization technology SitePathMTPX, which enables point to point application resilience with performance enhancement. This feature is ideal for site to site VPN tunnels and voice over IP (VoIP) deployments through bandwidth aggregation.

In datacenter environments, the LB-2500E can be used with the optional Global Geolink feature to enable inbound and outbound geographic link balancing to maximize business continuity across multiple physical sites and deliver disaster recovery in seconds.
